Steward operates on a fixed annual fee, billed quarterly, with pricing based on the complexity and service requirements of each property rather than its value. Fees are established following a review of the portfolio and agreed scope of services. When appropriate, Steward coordinates with brokers and other third-party specialists on the client’s behalf but does not provide brokerage services or receive brokerage commissions.
